The Emmy nominations were announced this morning. Mad Men lead the nominations with 17. Modern Family received 14 nominations! All 6 main adult actors on the show are up for awards. The awards are handed out in September. Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara is the highest paid actress on television--she made $27 million last year. It’s not just from her work on the show; she also has a production company and she’s done quite a few endorsements. Vergara beat out Kim Kardashian, whose various shows and business ventures earned her $18 million last year. Eva Longoria was third, Khloe Kardashian was fourth, and Bethenny Frankel was fifth.

Kanye West refuses to watch Kim Kardashian’s infamous sex tape. In fact, when members of his entourage began joking about the tape, Kanye angrily told them to never mention it again. It seems that when Kanye and Kim he thought it’d be improper to watch the tape. Now they’re a couple he is definitely not interested.

Tom Cruise has supposedly already moved on from Katie Holmes. There are rumours that he’s dating fellow a fellow scientologist and that Church of Scientology set them up because they’re embarrassed by how the whole Katie situation developed and all the negative publicity they got from it, and they want to, quote, "stabilize the situation" by hooking Tom up again.
