Canada Day!!!
What an amazing country we live in!! Canada Day is seriously one of my favorite holidays of the year. Not only is it the first long weekend of the summer, but it's a chance to celebrate all that makes Canada great! Calgary has some great events going on to help you wish Canada a Happy 145th!

Prince’s Island Park- Take the entire family out for live music and a scavenger hunt. It starts at 11:00 and goes until 11:15 at night.
Calgary Eats- Your chance to try out a bunch of the delicious YYC Food Trucks and buy fresh foods from local famers. Head to Olympic Plaza from Noon-6.
Fort Calgary- Fun activities all day long starting with a free pancake breakfast. Tons of stuff for the kids like bouncy castles, pony rides and a petting zoo. Another place to check out some of the food trucks. Starts at 9 and goes until 4 in the afternoon.
Red Leaf Project- How about spending a bit of your Canada Day giving back to the environment and your community? Molson Canadian is inviting you to head to 204 14 ave SW to help build a park. In return, they'll set you up with free tickets to a concert that night! Details on how to sign up at: Molsoncanadian.ca
Fireworks!!!!! My all time favorite part of Canada Day. A great place to view them is the Centre Street Bridge, they kick off at 10:45.
