VMS News August 7th
2/3 of the Virgin Morning Show is back from vacation! Adam will return next Monday, but Danaye and Fuzzy are here! This is what we talked about this morning:
Kid Art- There's a new website that you can submit your kids' artwork to and they'll transform the drawings into plush toys! Check out Fuzzy's blog here:
Danaye's Wedding- It was an absolutely perfect day and in true Danaye and Saskatchewan fashion it lived up to it's trashy reputation. We played True or False with things that happened or may not have happened at Danaye's wedding. Here's a few for you to play along with:
Someone ate peanuts and drank a diet coke during the ceremony in the Catholic Church
That same someone brought a call girl to the dance
Danaye demonstrated her sword swallowing skills with the cake knife during the cake cutting
Boss Chad flashed his girlfriend's boob to Fuzzy's wife
Danaye birthed her sister from her wedding dress on the dance floor and then did a knee slide
Danaye's 10 year old cousin beer bonged a root beer
The priest talked about erotic love and then held up two socks stuck together
Danaye's aunt did a Tina Turner impersonation performance

As trashy as it was, there were some beautiful moments too!
Gold Medals- If you could hand out a gold medal to your significant other what would it be for? We got the nice ones like "For being a great parent, for being hard working, for being a good lover" and then we had more honest people who said they'd give a gold medal to their husband for thinking he's the best driver in the world, when really he never signals. Another texter said their husband would win a gold medal for synchronized tooting with their two year old.
Viral Video of the Day- Two emerging artists recorded Call Me Maybe and Payphone all mashed up. It sounds incredible and these two will no doubt be huge successes as their video now has almost 2 million hits. Check it out here:
